Supporting community development, cultural identity, education, families and disadvantaged groups throughout Australia.
The objects for which the Foundation is established are:
Supporting community development through initiatives including community support, migrant support, social welfare, charity events, youth development and engagement, and training that encourages identity realisation.
Establishing and operating childcare services, pre-schools, language and literacy schools, seminaries, exhibitions, workshops, higher education services and other educational facilities as determined by the Board.
Providing support and services to marginalised or disadvantaged groups, delivering emergency relief during crises and disasters, and encouraging volunteerism and community involvement.
Promoting and protecting the rights, safety and well-being of children and families within the community.
Establishing public funds for deductible gift recipient purposes to advance the Foundation’s objectives, with the Board authorised to establish appropriate rules and regulations for those funds.

بنیاد ندا با اهداف زیر تأسیس شده است:
حمایت از توسعه جامعه از طریق برنامههایی مانند پشتیبانی از اعضای جامعه، حمایت از مهاجران، ارتقای رفاه اجتماعی، برگزاری رویدادهای خیریه، رشد و مشارکت جوانان و آموزشهایی با هدف شناخت و تقویت هویت.
تأسیس و اداره مراکز نگهداری کودک، پیشدبستانیها، مدارس زبان و سوادآموزی، مراکز آموزشی، نمایشگاهها، کارگاهها، مؤسسات آموزش عالی و سایر امکانات آموزشی که هیئتمدیره در زمانهای مختلف تعیین میکند.
ارائه خدمات و حمایت به گروههای بهحاشیهراندهشده یا کمبرخوردار، ارائه کمکهای اضطراری در زمان بحران یا بلایای طبیعی و تشویق فعالیتهای داوطلبانه و مشارکت اجتماعی.
ترویج و حمایت از حقوق، امنیت و رفاه کودکان و خانوادهها در جامعه.
ایجاد صندوقهای عمومی برای اهداف دریافت کمکهای قابل کسر از مالیات و پیشبرد اهداف بنیاد، با اختیار هیئتمدیره برای تدوین مقررات و ضوابط مربوط به هر صندوق.
